Typical performance
Note: The above data is based on typical data obtained from our product research and testing in an environment
with a temperature of 25 ℃ and humidity of 70%. It is for reference only when used by customers and cannot fully
guarantee all the data that can be achieved in a specific environment.
Recommended process
Silicon substrate: HJT solar cells;
Stirring: Manually stir for 5-10 minutes before use; Use centrifugal stirring equipment at a speed of 400-600 rpm,
stirring for 90-180 seconds. It is recommended that the slurry does not become hot (if it becomes hot after stirring, it is
recommended to reduce the speed or time, and let the slurry stand for 2-4 hours before use). Before use, manually stir it
appropriately;
Printing: 430-520 mesh screen;
Drying: The oven is set at a temperature of 150-170 ℃ for 30-120 seconds;
Curing: Oven temperature 160-200 ℃, 5-20 minutes;
Warranty: The product meets the company's testing standards before leaving the factory;
Packaging: To ensure the performance of the silver paste, pack 2kg of silver paste in a 610ml can and wrap tape
around the joint between the can body and the lid, and affix labels for identification;
Storage: Sealed storage, temperature between -30~-5 degrees Celsius, in a dry environment; Before opening the
tank, the slurry should be at the same temperature as the environment (to avoid low slurry temperature and
condensation); Avoid direct sunlight; (You can refer to the workshop temperature and humidity standards for warehouse
storage)
Validity period: Six months from the production date;
