On November 29, 2022, LONGi Green Energy's HPBC solar cellwas carried to space on the Shenzhou-15 manned spacecraft, and after a half-year verification of the space environment, it returned to the ground and held a reception ceremony on October 25, 2023 under the witness of the majority of media and industry guests.

At the receiving ceremony, Chen Quan, one of China's first astronauts, introduced the grand blueprint of the aerospace industry and handed over the HPBC solar cellsthat have been tested in the space environment to LONGi Green Energy. Wu Zhijian, chairman of the China Space Foundation, was entrusted by the notary public to read out the notarial certificate of space carrying, announcing that the cargo packaging of LONGi Green Energy's HPBC solar panels taken from the return capsule of the Shenzhou-15 manned spacecraft was in good condition, and it is hereby notarized.

As a promoter of the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry, LONGi Green Energy aims to withstand the test of the harsh space environment by carrying HPBC cells into space, promote the continuous upgrading of product quality in extremely harsh environments, and lead the industry to keep up with aerospace standards.

At present, the production capacity of LONGi Green Energy's HPBC cells and modules has entered full production. On October 8, 2023, LONGi Green Energy's Hi-MO X6 anti-ash module was successfully released, which has been upgraded and evolved on the basis of Hi-MO X6 product, which has four characteristics: beautiful appearance, high power generation efficiency, safety and reliability, and anti-ash accumulation. In terms of efficiency, reliability, and aesthetics, the Hi-MO X6 module has a maximum production efficiency of 23.3%, and the average gain of the global typical regional power generation simulation is about 10% compared to PERC.
